'The History of the Drumkit'

'Wit Parelmoer' fifties Royal set, made in Amsterdam. Built in a small sousterrain that is still in use as a drum workshop by lifetime Royal-man Wim Vogel. He has been working on drums there since 1942!

Shells were made with 4 (four) reinforcement hoops on BD and FT, the TT has an extra third hoop in the middle of the shell. The pearl is real heavy duty too and the hardware is all nickel over brass. Handmade soldered heavy brass lugs, this kit was built to last. Good old centimeter sizes and calfskin heads.
